Harry Edward Styles or Harry Styles in the way he's known for the music world is a British singing and composing. Harry Styles belongs to the group One Direction. He was born in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England on February 1, 1994. He is the father of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles was a student at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, where together with his three classmates, he founded his own band called White Eskimo. The band won in 2009's Battle of Bands thanks to the excellent presentation they gave. He always had an interest in music, but also wanted to work as a lawyer, physiotherapist or even a scout. He was employed at an area bakery on a part-time basis to support his family financially. The year was 2010. Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he sang Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. It was for this reason that his band broke up. Nicole Scherzinger, the jury participant on The X Factor suggested Harry Styles to join the band One Direction with Liam Payne Zayn Mlik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. Simon Cowell sponsored five teenagers to form the band in the year 2010. During the competition the band sang songs such as My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson and Total Eclipse of the Heart by Bonnie Tyler so the group were among the hopefuls for the prize. The group was placed in third place after Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle and took home the prize. Harry Styles' group didn't take home the prize, however Cowell did pay $2 million for One Direction for them to sign a deal with Syco.
