Meagan and Kara
Meagan Good was born Panorama City, Los Angeles on August 8, 1981. Her mother Tyra Wardlow Doyle was her manager as she entered her teens. Her family consisted of three siblings in Canyon Country California, and started her acting career when she was just four years old. She was an extra on TV shows including Doogie Howser Amen & M.D. at the start of her acting career. At the age of 13, she was cast in her first feature film Friday. Her first recognition came from her role as the teenage troubled Cisely Batiste in the movie Eve's Bayou in 1997 for which she was awarded two nominations. One of them was the first N.A.A.C.P. Image Award nominated. Good had small roles in TV and film shows over during the subsequent years. In the early 2000s, she began taking the roles of a more mature. Her role was as Nina on Cousin Skeeter a Nickelodeon T.V. From 1998 to 2001, she was on the show "Cousin Skeeter". Additionally, she played tiny roles in the film House Party to the Last Minute (1998) as well as 3 Strikes (2000). She portrayed Vanessa Scott in the comedy My Wife and Kids. She starred in D.E.B.S in 2004, a action comedy film that earned the actress nominated as Best Actress in the Black Movie Awards of 2005. In the following years, she was in various films like You've been Served the Cookout and Venom, One Missed call Waist Deep, and The Love Guru. Following a busy year on T.V. as well as in film, she played the role of Mya in the film series with multiple stars Think Like a Man and Ms. Stevens in Dysfunctional Friends. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Killmer is originally from Texas, studied at Baylor University Waco Texas where she earned an bachelor of fine arts. In 2010, she received an art degree. Her on-screen debut was in 2010 in the web series"If I Can Dream. Kara Killmer debuted on screen after starring in many local plays in Simon Fuller's television series If I Can Dream pilot in the year 2010. The show on Hulu, If I Can dream revolves on the daily lives of group of artists who reside on the streets of Hollywood California.
