Andrea Elson

Andrea Hope Elson has been an American actor for many years. Beginning her professional career as a child actress as well as a model, Elson is probably best-known for her TV roles for the character Alice Tyler on the CBS science-fiction . Andrea tried out for, and won the role as Lynn Tanner of the ALF successful show (1986). Andrea was on the show for a number of years in a variety of TV shows as well as Movies of the week before she decided to leave the entertainment business. Andrea Elson's job as Lynn Tanner, Willie and Kate Tanner's teenage daughter, was not easy for her. In a 2000 retrospective in People Elson said developing as an actress in the midst of the sitcom-viewing audience was a challenge. The blonde New York City actress was born on the 6th of March 1970. Her father was employed in advertising and she grew as a traveler because of that. Prior to turning ten, old, she lived between New York Chicago San Diego as well as Los Angeles. Andrea found an agent located in San Diego and won her audition to play the role she wanted for her debut. Fusco was in favor of the idea saying, "ALF can drink beer due to the fact that he's over 285." NBC cautioned Fusco to prevent ALF from drinking in front of children because it was unwise. Even though Fusco was of the opinion that ALF was an adult, he could do the same thing with drinking ... and die. In 1995, he was found to have lymphoma. It was removed successfully, and he went on to be in recovery for the remainder years of his life. The cancer ended his life on the 26th of June 2019 when he was 75 years old at the Lillian Booth Actors Home, Englewood NJ.
